Constructed from finger-joined and edge-glued red oak, this pole is more warp- and sag-resistant than the basic solid pine and fir dowel varieties. The red oak wood also takes a stain much better than pine or fir allowing for easy matching of molding and trim work in the closet. Able to hold up to 500 Lb. the rod makes it easy to adjust and re-position hangers with its cylindrical design.
