This mix contains Root-Building Nutrition, a combination of ingredients that is expertly crafted to help establish deep roots to grow thick, green turf so that you can build a better, stronger lawn from the roots up. Designed for full sun and light shade, and has medium to high drought resistance with medium to high durability. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 55 Deg. F and 70 Deg. F or air temperatures are between 60 Deg. F and 80 Deg. F.
