Includes a band which allows the bulb to be secured into the fixture during installation. Instant on, no flicker or buzz. Works well in applications with frequent on/off switching cycles such as laundry rooms, kitchens, garages, commercial buildings, offices, and hospitals. Durable glass-free design operates well in cold temperatures and is mercury free. Will only operate properly on compatible instant start ballast. Do not use with dimming ballasts.
